Revamping RPM’s Website – From Solid to Standout

Over the past few weeks, I had the chance to work with my friends rpm - revolutions per minute, a communications agency I’ve known for years, to push their website to the next level.
Last year, we moved their site from a rigid Squarespace setup to Webflow. That shift laid the groundwork to introduce custom website structure and routes, responsive design, a blog, on-site job listings, fresh forms and internationalization.
This year, it was time to refine. We turned a design idea into a system and sharpened the content. The result is simpler, bolder, and more focused, reflecting the confidence and professionalism of the RPM team as a whole.
What stood out to me in the process:
- Collaboration is everything - We worked closely, openly, and iteratively. This made creative and technical decisions much faster and in the end better.
- Tools are only useful if people can use them - Webflow is powerful, but it works best when internal teams are familiar with it. That means part of delivering the site is enabling the team with a bit of training and not just throwing a product over the fence.
I’m grateful for the trust and energy RPM brought into this project, and proud of what we shipped together. 🙏🏻
